We are delighted to present another exhibition at HIDDEN UMPRUM, featuring student of Academy of Arts, Ema Kándlová.

The end does not exist—only decay and transformation.

The flesh of a freshly dead body fills with new bodies of worms, insects, and fungi. The cycle is never broken.

In the city, I search for objects that have outlived their original purpose. I alter them in harmony with their decay and return them to the terrain. A circle.

Each painting references a discarded object, forming an imagined diptych with it.

The installation completes this series, showcasing individual works while revealing the entire process. So go take a look at Kompost. (Compost)
